Visentini Marchetti e Associati is a top Italian firm whose members are experts of business and corporate law and of tax law. It specializes its services in assistance and consulting upon such aspects throughout the various stages of the life of companies and their shareholders, as well as supporting and handling any judiciary proceedings (before civil, administrative or tax courts) and relationships with the Public Authorities.

The firm’s services are offered according to a unique tailor-made client’s relationship, carried out with the maximum level of professionalism and “as a team” with the constant supervision of at least one of the partners.

With offices located in Rome and Milan; VMA is in constant contact with foreign firms, in particular with Steptoe & Johnson, an American law firm with offices in Europe (London and Brussels). Therefore it has the ability to assist its clients also with regard to transnational transactions, relations with the European Union and EU litigation proceedings.

The Firm has also been collaborating for many years with Prof. Stefano Grassi’s firm, based in Florence and with the firm Patroni Griffi & Associates, based in Bari.

Participation as lecturers in conferences and training programs, combined with the University teaching experience and the publication of articles in the most important law journals are an indication of the constant updating of the Firm’s professionals.
